STAR1000P
STAR1000P is Starblaze’s second generation NVMe SSD controller. It supports PCIe Gen3x4, NVMe 1.3 and 8 flash channels, and supports up to 32TB capability. It provides excellent performance, reaching 3.5GB/s and 3GB/s for sequential read and write, and at least 600K IOPS for both random read and write. The write latency can be optimized to less than 8us. The third generation StarLDPC® ECC engine is implemented in STAR1000P, enabling stronger error correction capability that can easily handle latest 3D TLC and QLC. With DVFS and finer dynamic clock gating technology, STAR1000P reduces power consumption to only 2W in full performance running mode. Regarding to enterprise features, STAR1000P enhances various error protection technologies, including PI (Protection Information), EEEC (End to End Error Correction) and in-line ECC, meeting the high demand for stability in enterprise application.
STAR1200C
STAR1200C is Starblaze’s high-end client NVMe SSD turnkey solution based on the in-house STAR1000P NVMe SSD controller and firmware. STAR1200C delivers excellent performance, reaching 3.5GB/s and 3GB/s for sequential read and write, and at least 600K IOPS for both random read and write 4K QD1 write latency is optimized to less than 10us. It provides flexible configuration for various SSD product format, with capability ranging from 128GB to 8TB, supporting mainstream QLC/TLC/MLC. It also provides several form factors, including M.2, AIC, U.2 and etc. Various Over Provision (OP) can also be configurated. With flexible configuration and strong SQA flow, STAR1200C can help customer deliver high quality, high-performance NVMe SSD product to market within short time.
STAR1200E
STAR1200E is Starblaze’s enterprise NVMe SSD turnkey solution. Besides high performance, STAR1200E adds more enterprise features compared with STAR1200C, including full ECC protected SRAM, full data-path EEEC protection, DDR in-line ECC protection, NVMe PI, IO Virtualization up-to 16 VFs and etc. It also enables better QoS by command priority adjusting and NAND program/erase suspend.
Starblaze DeepSSD®
Starblaze DeepSSD® fits for KV storage used in surveillance market. It is compatible with both HW/SW KV storage. It supports direct NAND access and HW accelerated KV operation that offloads CPU loading, and also AI engine to speed up the data classification, grouping and key mapping. The parallel access is 10-15 times faster than recent monitoring storage and it only drains 1/6 IO request than traditional relational DB with KV engine, which greatly improve the Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER) for data usage. It has the real-time data store and search ability with massive structured image data for multi-objects, which is highly compatible with existing surveillance infrastructures.
Starblaze OC SSD
Starblaze Open Channel SSD (OC SSD) is a kind of customized SSD solution based on Starblaze’s in-house SSD controller. It supports Open Channel 1.2 Specification, and with Open Channel 2.0 supporting in development. Besides standard LightNVM API interface, it also provides a special SCM (Storage Class Memory) interface based on NVMe CMB, which is very well optimized for small data access. Starblaze also provides complete command and API customization service.
